Are you afraid of change? And also afraid of changing?

Have you abandoned yourself to be loved? And it didn't work?

It’s Not Your Fault.

I help those who lost themselves trying to survive finally find out who they actually are.

Here you'll find the transformational impact of my lived experience with childhood trauma, the mother wound, and relational trauma, combined with my passion and expertise in Embodied Processing and nervous system healing, to help others rediscover who they truly are.

Does this sound Familiar?

You've read the books. You've done the therapy. You've tried to think your way out of it.

And you're still waking up at 3am with that same feeling. That low, heavy hum that something is just... off.

Maybe you can't name it. Maybe you've been naming it your whole life and nothing has shifted.

Maybe you're exhausted from carrying everyone else while quietly falling apart. Maybe you've spent so long being who everyone needed you to be that you genuinely don't know who you are underneath all of that.

Maybe you keep ending up in the same kinds of relationships. The same patterns. The same hurt. And you've started to wonder — what if this is just who I am?

It's not.

I promise you — it's not.

Here is what nobody told you…

Everything you've been doing — the people-pleasing, the overthinking, the choosing people who don't choose you back, the exhaustion, the anxiety, the feeling that you're never enough — none of it is a character flaw.

It's a survival strategy.

Your nervous system learned, very early on, that the way to stay safe was to make yourself small. Loveable. Useful. Needed. To put yourself last, and hope that was enough to make people stay.

And it worked. You survived.

But you're not a child anymore. And those strategies — the ones that kept you safe then — are running your life now in ways you didn't choose and don't want.

That's what we work with together.

Not your symptoms. Not your labels. Not a list of things that are "wrong" with you.

The root. The place where this all began. The part of you that learned it wasn't safe to be yourself.

And we work with it through the body — because that's where it lives.

  • You grew up feeling like love was conditional — like you had to earn it, perform for it, or be perfect to deserve it

  • You're the one who holds everyone else together while quietly feeling like you're falling apart

  • You've been told you're "too sensitive," "too much," or "too needy" — and some part of you believed it

  • You keep ending up in relationships that leave you feeling unseen, unheard, or alone

  • You were the parentified child — the one who took care of everyone else's feelings while yours went unnoticed

  • You've been diagnosed with CPTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or RSD — and you know there's something deeper underneath the diagnoses

  • You don't trust yourself. Your gut. Your decisions. Your own feelings.

  • You ache for connection but when you get close to people, something always goes wrong

  • You're tired of surviving. You want to actually live.

This is for you if…

How we actually do this….

Hi I’m Kristin, and for 35 years I walked your path, for a long while a didn’t even understand that I had lost my sense of self, and we’ll long story short, I found me and boy is she better than I could have ever I’m imagined! From having lived int he deep depths of despair, repair and safety felt like it just wasn’t possible for me….until it was. And it was then I realised that I had to pivot a career in Film and TV to helping others like I have been. I’m a certified Embodied Processing Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Coach, trained at The Centre for Healing.

Embodied Processing is a bottom-up approach to healing — which means we work with your nervous system and your body, not just your thoughts.

Because here's the thing: you can't think your way out of this. You've already tried that. What's needed is something that goes deeper than the mind — into the places in your body where these old patterns actually live.

Together, we find those places. We work with them gently, at your pace in a trauma informed safe space. And over time, the beliefs that formed when you were just trying to survive — I'm not enough. I'm too much. I can't trust myself. I don’t deserve it. Love has to be earned — they start to shift.

Not because I told you to think differently.

Because your nervous system finally got to do what it never could when you were a child.

Feel safe enough to be you.

So what actually happens in a session?

What is Embodied Processing!

Here's the honest answer: we don't just talk about it.

Most therapy works from the top down — you talk about what happened, you understand it, you try to think differently about it. And that can help. But for a lot of women, especially those who grew up in environments where their feelings weren't safe, understanding something in your head doesn't shift it in your body. You can know exactly why you do something and still not be able to stop.

Embodied Processing works the other way.

We start with your body — with what's actually happening in you, right now, in this moment. A tightness in your chest. A heaviness. An urge to disappear. We get curious about it, gently, without pushing. And from that place, the healing that talk therapy couldn't quite reach becomes possible.

It sounds simple. It goes very deep.

You don't need to know how to do it. You don't need to have the right words. You just need to be willing to notice — and I'll guide you from there.

My Story

I know what it's like to not know who you are.

To be afraid of change, but also afraid of changing

I spent most of my life performing a version of myself that had nothing to do with who I actually was — because I learned very early that the real me wasn't safe to bring out.

I was diagnosed with CPTSD, ADHD, dissociation, and Rejection Sensitivity Disorder in my 30s. By that point I had spent decades choosing the wrong relationships, numbing myself with alcohol and chaos, and running from a self I didn't even know I'd lost.

The healing in Embodied Processing I found changed everything. It re-wired my nervous system to work from my authentic belief systems, not the ones I had created to survive. And sense of freedom, self trust, love and connection is something I once believed was impossible for me, but here I am proving that it is possible, so I know it is for you too.

And I built this business because what I know now — what took me decades to learn — you don't have to take that long.

That's the whole point. Your story doesn't have to cost as much as mine did.

Ways to work together…

Single Embodied Processing Sessions

One 60- 90 minute sessions. Your starting point, or your ongoing support between deeper work.

Please note: This work is not designed to be something you need to do forever. Your healing is not about endlessly fixing yourself — it’s about creating the safety, awareness, and deep self connection needed to move through life differently.

Five sessions are generally a minimal recommendation to support foundational shifts. Once those foundations are established, you may find that this work becomes something you return to during certain seasons of life, transitions, or moments when deeper support is needed — not because you are broken, but because you are continuing to live life, which is growth and evolution.

From Survival to Self — 3-Month Transformational Program

My signature 1:1 program for the woman who is done surviving and ready to find out who she actually is now. This is a transformational container which is tailored specific to you. From sessions, to daily support, personalised tools, and someone (me!) literally in your corner through the messy middle. I’ll be your second brain while we re-wire yours.

This transformational container is intentionally limited in capacity to provide a deeply personalised experience.

“I’m on fire at the moment.”

At first, it felt like I was too deep in my freeze response to get anywhere, which really surprised me because I can usually get straight to the root of things. But she was incredibly skilled.

I went from genuinely believing I was just a f&@king useless fly—aimlessly buzzing around, getting in everyone's way, including my own—to feeling like a galloping horse fuelled by "I can" and "I will."

For someone who has spent a lifetime feeling like that annoying fly they wished they could swat away, transforming into that driven, motivated horse is an incredibly powerful feeling.

Wahoooo!.”

  • It feels very familiar to work with Kristin. She guided me through so many sensations in just one session. I love her calm presence.

    — Michaela Voborska, ES

  • The feeling and realisation I had after the session with Kristin was that by trusting in the process and allowing myself to process that somatically, I was trusting in myself. This awareness really gave me a felt-sense of acceptance and clarity. Kristin's guidance throughout helped me feel safe to experience this. Thank you!

    - Michelle Shimakage, AU

  • I think she is incredibly intuitive. I felt at all times that I was safe and held and that was the key for me to go where I needed to go. Kristin held me in such a empathetic and safe space to really allow the process and explore what was coming up. There was a lot to hold and she was very calm and supportive at all times and really allowed to me find my way through

    -Samantha Hallpike, AUS

  • Kristin was very supportive and informative. She took great care explaining the process (me being new) and also brought me back to resource and ensured I was anchored safely when things felt intense.

Not ready yet? That's okay.

Honestly — most women who find their way here aren't sure if they're ready either. And that's not a problem. That's exactly where we start.

Take a few minutes with these gentle questions. There are no right answers. Nobody's grading you. They're just here to help you get a little clearer on where you are right now.

Once you hit submit I'll personally put together a small, tailored reflection just for you — something specific to where you are that might create a little relief and some breathing room, even before we've spoken.

No obligation. No pitch. Just something real, from me to you.

Fill it out and hit submit when you're ready.
