I wasn't supposed to figure this out.

Honestly.

By every measure of my earlier life I was not headed here.

I was headed somewhere much darker

Hello!

I grew up being conditionally loved.

That's a clinical phrase for something that felt anything but clinical — it felt like if I was the right version of myself, I was loveable. If I wasn't, I was met with silence. Resentment. Being told I was the problem. That I was a bitch. That I was the reason my mum got cancer.

So I became in part ‘the right’ version of myself.

The self everyone else wanted me to be.

I performed being loveable at school, with friends, in relationships. I was the one who held everyone else up. The one who kept everyone laughing and loving life, while I was falling apart. I was the one who would do anything — absolutely anything — not to be abandoned.

I found some relief in acting, because at least when I was playing someone else, it made sense that I wasn't myself. It actually felt safer to perform than be whoever the hell I was.

In school I was bullied. I bullied. I was desperate for people to like me in a way that now I understand was about survival, not ego. My friendships felt like life or death because emotionally, they were — they were the only love I knew how to access.

In my 20s it got louder. The alcohol. The partying. The relationships that started intense and ended in rejection — always the same pattern, always leaving me completely broken. I kept reaching for love in all the places it couldn't be found. The desperate need for connection in a disconnected self.

In my 30s I got the diagnoses. CPTSD. ADHD. Dissociation. Rejection Sensitivity Disorder (RSD). And I remember thinking — okay, so something is wrong with me. This confirmed it.

Except that wasn't what it meant at all.

What I eventually learned — what changed everything — was that none of those "problems" were actually me. They were adaptations. Brilliant, survival-level adaptations that my nervous system built when I was a child who needed to stay safe in an environment that wasn't safe. They were my survival strategy that kept me safe as child, but now longer served me.

I had exiled my real self at such a young age so completely that I didn't know she existed.

The healing I found — through Embodied Processing and nervous system work — didn't ask me to think differently, or to be more positive, or to work harder on myself, or even talk about my past at all.

It asked me to come back to myself. My true nature.

And slowly, in ways I still can't fully put into words, I did.

I know what joy actually feels like now. I know what it feels like to trust myself. To listen to my gut and believe it. To be in a room and not be performing for it.

I now know what love is, and what it feels like.

I'm a single mum. I'm still doing the work. I'm not on the other side of some perfect mountain — I'm right here, human, continuing to grow. As well all are, all of the time.

And I built this business because I know what it costs a woman to take decades to find this.

I don't want that to be your story.

How I'm qualified to do this work

I know what it's like to not know who you are.

To be afraid of change, but also afraid of changing

I spent most of my life performing a version of myself that had nothing to do with who I actually was — because I learned very early that the real me wasn't safe to bring out.

I was diagnosed with CPTSD, ADHD, dissociation, and Rejection Sensitivity Disorder in my 30s. By that point I had spent decades choosing the wrong relationships, numbing myself with alcohol and chaos, and running from a self I didn't even know I'd lost.

The healing in Embodied Processing I found changed everything. It re-wired my nervous system to work from my authentic belief systems, not the ones I had created to survive. And sense of freedom, self trust, love and connection is something I once believed was impossible for me, but here I am proving that it is possible, so I know it is for you too.

And I built this business because what I know now — what took me decades to learn — you don't have to take that long.

That's the whole point. Your story doesn't have to cost as much as mine did.

What working with me is actually like

There's no performance required here. You don't have to have it together. You don't have to know how to talk about it.

Your body will tell us what it needs, and we follow that.

I work at your pace. I don't push. I don't pull. I create the safety for the parts of you that have never felt safe enough to be seen — and then we let them be seen.

Sessions are 60 minutes, online or in person.

Between sessions — in the deeper program — I'm available via Telegram for the moments when life happens and you need someone who understands what's going on in your nervous system in real time.

This isn't therapy. I'm not your psychologist. But I am someone who will walk alongside you through some of the most important work of your life.

“If anything I've shared resonates — if something in you went that's me at any point reading this — I'd love to have a conversation..”
